1. Find the thickest wire you can, making sure you can still twist it. Shape the wire into wing-shapes.2. Create a mixture of white glue and water. Grab a foam paintbrush and some light blue tissue paper.3. Coat the wing-shapes with thick strips of tissue paper until the wings are completely covered. Let dry.4. Add detail to the dried wings using acrylic paint.5. We attached our wings with thick hair ribbon.
